Selling your discontinued china or crystal:
We are always on the lookout for discontinued Lenox china and crystal that is in mint condition. Please call or email us with a listing of the exact pieces in which you are looking to sell. If we can use the pattern, we will send you a written bid. After you receive the bid, you would then carefully pack the china or crystal. We prefer UPS for shipping. In the event of loss or breakage, your responsibility as shipper will be to initiate recovery or repayment from UPS, and the UPS settlement would be with you. What we look for:
We can only purchase china or crystal with the assumption that everything is in MINT condition. since we offer only first-quality china and crystal for sale, we cannot buy "seconds", chipped, worn or scratched merchandise.

How to check quality:
Please carefully check your china for knife scratches by taking the pieces to a window giving north light. Hold each piece at waist level. Let the natural light (not sunlight nor electric light) at the window play over the eating surface and look down on the piece for scratching. Please carefully check each piece of crystal for bubbles in the glass and check any gold or platinum trim or worn spots or corrosion by examining each stem over a piece of white paper.

Because we base our offer on a formula, we can easily deduct the exact amount covering any pieces you remove because of damage. We will return, or discount, any pieces that are not in "mint" condition. As the definition of "mint" may be subjective, Forget-Me-Not China reserves the right to make final determination as to whether the china meets this criterion.
