If we have your pieces available we will call you immediately. If we do not have your requested pieces in stock, we will add you to our database and contact you when the pieces become available.

Payment: Check or money order payable to Forget-Me-Not China. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Charges (UPS): $7.00 minimum or 8% of china total, whichever number is greater. Maximum shipping charge is $24.00. You will be billed for mail shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO. All orders are typically shipped within 5 days. Overnight and rush shipping available.

Washington Sales Tax: Add 8.8% of china total for delivery within Washington state.

Street Address: Needed for shipping, not P.O. box
